Questions people actually ask us
Luggage, surfboards, and large bags
You can bring carry-on luggage and a regular suitcase. If you're bringing a surfboard, bicycle, or another bulky item, message us before buying your ticket so we can reserve space; availability depends on the vehicle used that day.
Are children traveling? Is a car seat needed?
Yes, children can travel. Let us know their ages when booking, and we'll confirm whether a car seat is needed and how we'll fit it in the van.
Can I bring my pet?
Check with us before purchasing: it depends on the vehicle and, for the ferry, on the ferry company, which sets its own rules that we don't control.
How early do I need to be at the stop?
Please arrive ten minutes before departure, using the local time at your pickup location. If you depart from Valladolid, use Yucatán time (UTC−6) for your meeting time; your phone will automatically switch to Quintana Roo time (UTC−5) during the trip, so don't rely on it to work out when to meet us.
My flight or bus is delayed
Let us know via WhatsApp as soon as you find out, and include your purchase reference. The sooner we know, the more options we have to get you on another departure that same day.
Payment and cancellation
Pay for the shuttle online by card or bank transfer, and you'll receive a receipt showing the schedule. The ferry ticket is separate and paid for at the pier ticket office. For changes or cancellations, message us with your purchase reference.
